Instructions for Parents
- Please have your child at the gym fifteen (15) minutes ahead of his or her team’s scheduled photo shoot. When you arrive, find your team and stay together. Late arrivals throw off the entire schedule. If team members are late, there is no guarantee that team pictures will be retaken.
- If your child cannot be at the photo shoot, please let your coach know in advance so we do not delay the shoot waiting for people who will not be coming.
Instructions for Coaches
- Coordinate with your Parent Coordinator to make sure each of your team members receive a copy of this schedule.
- Photos will be taken with SASC uniforms which will be passed out at the gym on Monday, January 27.
- Please have your team lined up, dressed in SASC uniforms, and ready for their photo shoot five (5) minutes before your scheduled time. Line players up from tallest to shortest.
- Check in with the Picture Night Coordinator (Sue Mar) as soon as your team is gathered together.

2014 Trader Cards Information
Below is the order form for trader cards. Please fill out the form and bring with your payment, make checks out to “SASC”. Trader card pricing:
* 12 trader cards (photo on front, info on back) – $12
* 2 5×7 photos – $12
* 12 trader cards and 2 5×7 photos – $22
Trader cards/individual photos will be taken on January 27 and must be paid for on January 27. Complete the form for purchase of trader cards in advance and bring completed form to Picture Night. Please make payment by check or bring cash in exact amount for your order(s).
Note: Team photos will be sold at the Spring Jamboree; No advance payment required on January 27.
