This season’s SASC Vancouver Jamboree will be held February 16-17, 2013 in Vancouver BC. Each SASC team will play at least one game each day. Depending on match-ups, your team could play two games each day. Traditionally the first day teams are mixed with half SASC and half Vancouver players to foster friendships and friendly competition. The gym location and schedule will be released at a later time.

All SASC players must submit a permission form. Parents and players please read the guidelines, then return the signed form to your coach by February 1st.
SASC has arranged a group rate at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, B.C.. While SASC has arranged these rates, you are welcome to stay anyplace you like for the trip.
All rooms include:
- $10 food and beverage voucher per room (max 2). Good at food outlets inside River Rock
- Free self parking
- Free Wi-Fi
Suite rates: 1 bedroom suite in resort tower Fri & Sat: $139.00/night Sun: $129.00/night
Suite rates: 2 bedroom suite in resort tower Fri, Sat & Sun: $199/night
2 queen bed hotel room: (located in the adjacent tower, connected to the casino via a covered skybridge) Fri & Sat: $129.00/night Sun: $119.00/night
The above rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are per night, based on single/double occupancy. Extra person charge is $25 per night, per person. Room rates are subject to 14.24% hotel tax. These rates are only good until 1/15/2013.

Saturday Night Social SASC will have the Thompson Room at the River Rock Casino for members to stop by and socialize from 8pm to 12am. All families are invited to come by to mingle with other SASC families and have some snacks. Board & Operations members will be available to answer any questions.
